Consumer Communication
To ensure that consumers’ inquiries are handled accurately, courteously, and promptly, phone calls between you and Traction Law Group (“TLG”) or any of our affiliates, agents, case managers, paralegals, and/or attorneys may be recorded. We may from time to time make calls and/or send text messages to you at any telephone number associated with your account. The manner in which these calls or text (SMS) messages are made to you may include, but is not limited to, the use of prerecorded/artificial voice messages and/or an automatic telephone dialing system. You certify, warrant, and represent that the telephone numbers you have provided to us are your contact numbers. You agree that TLG may send emails to you at any email address you provide us, or use other electronic means of communication to the extent permitted by law.
Content Is Information Only, Not Advice
The site provides educational and informational content only — not legal advice. Information reflects general sources and may not reflect current legal developments. No Relationship or Obligation Arises from Use of the Site
Laws vary by jurisdiction. Consult an attorney licensed in your state. Do not rely on site information for legal decisions. TLG disclaims liability for actions based on site content.
The site is provided “as is”. TLG makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the site and services, disclaiming warranties of merchantability, fitness, accuracy, and non-infringement. TLG does not guarantee services will meet requirements or be error-free or virus-free.
Accounts
Some features require account creation. You must provide true, accurate, current information and maintain confidentiality of login credentials. You are responsible for all account submissions. Notify TLG immediately of unauthorized use. TLG may suspend accounts for suspected improper use.
Confidentiality Is Not Guaranteed
Information sent via email or the site is not secure and is non-confidential. TLG makes reasonable efforts toward privacy but cannot guarantee confidentiality due to the nature of the internet and the absence of attorney-client relationships.
Disclaimer — This Site Does Not Provide Medical Diagnosis or Advice
Site content is informational only — not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult physicians for medical conditions. Never disregard medical advice or delay seeking it based on site information.
The site may present drug recall information for informational purposes only. Such information may not be current. Do not make medication decisions based solely on site information.
TLG Is Not Responsible for Content; Limitation on Liability
TLG may change, remove, or add material without notice. The site may contain errors. TLG does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or suitability. TLG assumes no liability for errors or omissions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TLG be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages relating to this material.
Third-Party Web Sites
The site contains third-party links. TLG does not endorse these sites and does not control them. TLG is not responsible for linked site contents or availability. Terms apply only to the site, not linked sites. Review linked sites’ terms before visiting.
State Laws Vary
TLG lawyers are licensed in Florida and New York but affiliate with attorneys nationwide. Laws differ by state. The site contains general information applicable in some states and past case information. You cannot assume the same rules apply in your state.
Statutes of limitations are critical — they set deadlines for lawsuits. Periods vary by state (some two years, some longer or shorter). Insurance policies may require suits within one year. Some states require written notice to government agencies within three months.
Consult a lawyer immediately after accidents or injuries — prompt investigation and defendant identification are critical.
TLG Clients
Only individuals with signed retainer agreements are TLG clients. Certain site portions such as “My Case” are available only to TLG clients. Communications under attorney-client relationships are protected from third-party sharing with confidentiality precautions. TLG takes commercially reasonable security measures.

TLG has attempted compliance with legal and ethical requirements. Comments about compliance are welcome.

Governing Laws in Case of Dispute; Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Florida law without regard to choice of law principles. Disputes are governed by the Arbitration section below.
Submissions

You grant TLG an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, display, publish, publicly perform, transmit, and distribute any Submission.
Arbitration
All claims from site use shall be resolved through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration Rules in Orlando, Orange County, Florida. Results are final and binding.
Arbitration is the sole means of resolution. You waive court proceedings, jury trials, broad discovery, and appeals. An arbitrator, not a judge or jury, decides cases. Arbitrators cannot consolidate multiple claims or preside over class proceedings.
International Use
The site is controlled and operated in the United States and is intended for US use only. TLG makes no representations regarding international use.
